Delete your Availo account

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This page explains how to permanently delete your Availo account and associated data. Availo is operated by SPACE RND LTD.

Delete in the Availo app (recommended)

  • Open the Availo Android app and sign in.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Under Account, tap Delete account.
  • Enter your password and confirm.

Deletion is immediate after you confirm. You will be signed out and will need to create a new account if you use Availo again.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your authentication account (email/password credentials and sessions)
  • Your Availo profile (username, timezone, availability, callback page settings)
  • VIP contacts you saved
  • Custom schedules and availability slots
  • Callback requests and appointments associated with your account
  • Push notification tokens
  • Subscription / purchase verification records we store for your account

What may be retained temporarily

  • Standard server logs (for example IP addresses and request timestamps) may remain for a limited period for security and operations, then rotate out of our systems.
  • Google Play may retain purchase history under Google's policies. Cancel any active Availo subscription in Google Play if you no longer want to be billed.
  • We may keep records required by law (for example fraud prevention or accounting) for the minimum period needed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email support@onavailo.com from the address on your Availo account with the subject "Delete Availo account". Include your Availo username if you know it. We will verify your identity and delete the account.

Partial data without deleting your account

You can remove some data while keeping your account: edit or delete VIP contacts, schedules, and related settings in the app. For other privacy requests, see our Privacy Policy or email support.
